Sometimes when there’s a group text wishing others a happy Thanksgiving they respond with a bad attitude.
I had this experience yesterday, and I was shocked by what they were saying.
I didn’t respond but some people did with kindness.
You never know what someone is going through especially during the holidays.
A lot of people have lost their homes from hurricanes, fires, and other disasters.
The holidays can also be a reminder about those they lost and other issues/problems.
My hope is that we shower them with love and hope instead of succumbing to their negativity.
