My diet

I know I talked a little about Being Vegan, but it’s a bit more complicated than that.

My diet is considered a low protein diet.

A low protein diet means limiting the amount of high protein foods you eat. Protein is usually found in animal foods. But protein can also be found in some plant foods. You may need this diet if you have liver or kidney problems or gout. Your body may not handle extra protein if you have these health problems.

My diet includes: two vegetables, two fruits, and a small main. I have to be careful with how much I consume, and that includes every type of food.

When it comes to my meals, almost everything is measured out. If I get to much protein, I start to feel sick.

So, technically I’m a vegan, I can eat eggs, as long as I watch my protein intake for the rest of that day.

Complicated? You have no idea, unless you have this diet or you know someone who does.

In most cases, I have to bring my own meals, in case I can’t eat at restaurants, which is most cases. When I can eat at restaurants, I have to tell them no meat, no cheese, etc, and most of the time they put cheese anyway.

When you add cheese to something warm, which then spreads across the top. When this happens, I’m not able to eat it.

Well, that’s the short, less complicated version of my diet, and what comes with it.
