Tips on sharing the gospel

Hey everyone. I want to take a moment to pray for all those innocent people in Afghanistan. Dear God, please be with all those innocent lives, in your name I pray, amen.

Since, I didn’t post any advice on sharing the gospel, I figured I’d do that tonight.

I’m not an expert on this, but I do have some experience in this subject.

Before I give you some tips on sharing the gospel, I wanted to give some of my background on the subject.

Before I started blogging; I had an app called Mistplay – you play games to earn points which you trade for gift cards – where I posted one Bible verse each day.

During that time, I believe that God used me to help others. I also encountered different types of people: people who were hurt from faith, people who were atheists, people who had faith, and people who called themselves god.

Sometimes when I’d post the Bible verses. I would get different responses, some positive and some negative.

Here are some tips on sharing the gospel:

1. Start small (daily Bible verse)

2. Don’t respond to the negative comments, unless you feel like you should. If you do respond, try not to get defensive because that defeats the purpose. Also, you should probably use facts and Bible verses to respond.

3. Be prepared emotionally and spiritually. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who sadly have been forced or hurt by Christians. These individuals don’t want anything to do with the bible or anything else, which is understandable.

If you use an app like Mistplay, be prepared to get locked out; some people consider bible verses as spam or offensive.

Stay positive and spread the gospel.

The Lord is my strength and my song; he has given me victory. This is my God, and I will praise him—  my father’s God, and I will exalt him! – Exodus 15:2

  1. “Dear God, please be with all those innocent lives, in your name I pray, amen.”

so since your god is doing nothing, what is your excuse? Your god hates them? Your god hates you? Your god is imaginary?

“3. Be prepared emotionally and spiritually. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who sadly have been forced or hurt by Christians. These individuals don’t want anything to do with the bible or anything else, which is understandable.”

and then there are those of us who know the bible is nonsense and were never “hurt” by Christian, no matter how much you might hope they were to explain why they don’t agree with you.

Steppingintomyshoes.com. Thank you for your beautiful heart and for sharing.
Clubschadenfreude, Feel free to read Evidence that demands a verdict. Also, ponder on if you believe that you are breathing? If yes, then imagine your belief without seeing it.
Just something to ponder. I will not respond again as it’s important to take note that the blogger is special needs and therefore has my respect to not engage in negativity on his/her blog.
