So for my Friday review, I decided to do something a little different; I’m doing a review on: “Animals on the Loose: A You vs. Wild Movie.”
The movie is #2 on Netflix in the US, rated TV-PG, and it came out in 2021.
“Animals on the Loose…” is a interactive movie where you must help Bear Grylls rescue wild animals, and “secure their protective habitat.”
I watched the movie, and I decided to share my choices with you:
“Where should we start?” I chose power lines.
“What’s our best anchor?” I chose trees.
“How do we eat this leech? I chose swallow.
“Can we out smart the boa?” I chose underwater.
“Remember the sequence?” I said n-p-n.
“What’s our next mission?” My choice was lion.
“How do we protect him?” I chose scare.
“How can we lure a lion?” I chose meat.
“What is the best snack?” I chose num-num berries.
“How do we reach Thimba?” I chose raft.
“How do you outrun a lion?” I chose under a truck.
“Can we save the elephants?” I chose use line.
I completed the missions, but I had to go back to catching the lion. So instead of chosing the meat, I chose live bait. Which worked to trap the lion.
I don’t know about you, but I like interactive movies and activities.
I highly recommend this movie. It’s a good movie for those of you who like being outdoors or if you have kids, and you’re trying to teach them about the great outdoors. I give this movie a 4 out 5.
I’m not an outdoors person at all, so when I was watching it; there was some moments in the movie that I thought was gross. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience of being able to choose what Bear did, and watch the outcome of my choices.
On a side note, there is a TV show called “You vs. Wild” that is related to this movie, including being interactive and helping Bear Grylls survive in some of the hardest environments on Earth.
As always, if you have any recommendations and or requests for my Friday reviews, let me know in the comment section.
That’s all for now, don’t forget to stay positive.
