Faith and family

Hello everyone, I hope that everyone had a good week. I’m glad it’s Friday, what about you?

I’m a follower in Christ, but I’m not perfect by any means.

As far as my faith goes, I’ve known God for as long as I can remember.

Honestly, without my faith and hope in God, I don’t know where I’d be. In the past, when I’ve had really hard times, I’ve counted on my faith to help me through it.

My motto/prayer is: Keep me Strong, Keep me Wise, Keep me Faithful in your Eyes.

As a follower of Christ, I believe that we’re supposed to spread the gospel in any way way we can. As a result, I’ve been posting one Bible verse every day on a app called Mistplay.

For those of you who don’t know what that is, it’s an app where you play games to earn points which you trade for gift cards.

I’ve been posting daily Bible verses for several months now, and let me tell you it’s really hard on your spirit: because there’s a lot of people who are either, atheists or have been traumatized by religion.

Then there’s the awesome part of posting the verses, and that’s when people read them, and they realize that they needed to read it.

I look forward to posting the verses everyday, because I know that it helps people.

But there’s two things that I’ve learned: first, it’s best if you don’t respond or engage to the negative messages, because it makes the situation worse. Lastly, keep spreading the gospel no matter what.

Here’s the trailer for the movie “After the Ball” on prime video: https://youtu.be/Dze8Cmr9sns

I’ve seen “After the Ball” a few times, but now that I’m reviewing the movie: I guess you could say I was a little more observant.

Ok a little about the movie: so the daughter of a clothing company is in to fashion, and she wants to become a designer. (I think, don’t quote me.) Her father offers her a job at his company, unfortunately her stepmother and her two daughters have other plans for her. So to save the company and expose her step family’s plan: she goes undercover as someone who’s bold,”I just say what I feel and regret it later.” Link to quote below:

I love the plot, and the way it reminds me of the “Cinderell” movies, with a more modern take on it. Lovely cast, although I don’t think I’ve seen any of the cast in another movie or TV show. I definitely recommend this movie if you like “happily ever after” movies and a good spin-off of “Cinderella.” Overall I give this movie a 4.5 out 5. If you decide to watch it, I hope that you enjoy it!

I think that for a guy who owns a fashion company he should look fashionable, so what’s up with those glasses? Ugh, looks like he has really bushy eyebrows. What do you guys think? What do you guys think let me know in the comment section. (Picture below.)

I know that I have a recommendation, unfortunately it will take about 8 weeks until I can read and review the book. Since I don’t have any other recommendations, I’ll be reviewing the new movie on Netflix called “Finding OHANA.”

Until next time.
